Amazing Human Being We met Saiful when we visited the dealership and he made us feel right at home. He wasn't pushy at all. A week before, we took our vehicle there to address manufacturer recalls and discovered that there were so many other issues with our car. Saiful helped us to explore our option and after careful consideration, we decided to trade our vehicle for a much more efficient vehicle. We've no regrets. The process took some time but Saiful and Raul Jaminian stayed with us until the end of the day. They sat with us and gave us a full tutorial before we left. Even when other employees left, they insisted on doing their due diligence to ensure that we were satisfied. We are so proud to have met them and to be a part of the Mazda family.
