had a very disappointing experience with Koppel Mazda, specifically with Adrian. Today, Adrian texted me stating that it would be impossible to obtain the lease options I was looking for at the price I ha specifically with Adrian. As a Tier 1 credit customer and a first responder, I expected a more professional approach and a respectful conversation about my options. What I found especially unprofessional was receiving a text message instead of a simple courtesy phone call to discuss the situation. I had taken the time to visit the dealership on Saturday for a test drive of the Mazda CX-5, and I expected better communication and customer service throughout the process. I do want to acknowledge Raul, the salesperson I spoke with, who was professional, understanding, and took the time to listen to our situation. Unfortunately, my experience with Adrian has left me unwilling to do business with Koppel Mazda. Based on my experience, I would recommend that anyone shopping for a Mazda consider visiting another Mazda dealership or exploring other dealerships altogether. Customers deserve clear communication, professionalism, and respect, regardless of whether a particular deal can be made. More
