So many salespeople are so pushy and Raul was an actual human with us and not just a robot that was trying to make as much money and commission as possible. We don't even live near the dealership and we will and did return because of the service provided. Especially in NYC it's so nice to have real people to deal with that are genuinely nice! More

Raul, at Koeppel Mazda, is not your stereotypical car salesman - he was informative, friendly, courteous, and professional (and willing to go that extra mile to ensure that we had a good experience with them, by helping us return our former lease to the dealer in Manhattan). We ended up with the Mazda CX-3, which we’re enjoying very much. Based on our experience, I’d easily recommend Koeppel Mazda (and Raul, specifically) to friends, and really to anyone looking for a fair deal, backed by great service. More

One of the best car shopping experience I ever had I previously reviewed my sales person Raul who was exceptional, however I felt that the financial manager, Steve Kontonicolaou deserved to be reviewed I previously reviewed my sales person Raul who was exceptional, however I felt that the financial manager, Steve Kontonicolaou deserved to be reviewed too. Steve was extremely pleasant to deal with. At no time did we feel pressured to get any add ons. He even informed us that we got gap insurance for free from Chase and if we didn't, the most the dealer can charge is $166 (or something like that, the exact figure eludes me). He was very transparent with the paperwork and went over everything throughly. All the numbers matched and there wasn't any issues. Any questions we asked, he answered them. Steve also offered us some add ons, but there was no pressure to buy them. We ended up declining all of them because we really didnt need anything because our vehicle was a CPO. The experience with both Steve and Raul made this a wonderful experience. Next Mazda we get, we are going directly to Koepple (even though they are an hour away) -Rodulfo Moises More
