I was already pre-approved for my loan, so the whole process took about two hours—no pressure, no hassle. Raul, my salesman, was amazing from start to finish. I first saw the car on a Thursday and didn’t buy it until a few days later, but he stayed helpful and patient the entire time. Right before driving off, I noticed the driver door speaker wasn’t working. Raul immediately came out, reassured me it would be fixed at no cost, and sure enough, I had it serviced a week later—quick 30-minute fix, no charge. Zaya, the finance manager, was also fantastic. He helped me secure a great deal on the extended warranty and was super personable throughout the process.
