At first i was disappointed because I drove up no one came out when I went in to ask if i was going to be helped the person at the desk was rude I told him that before someone usually came out and he ans came out when I went in to ask if i was going to be helped the person at the desk was rude I told him that before someone usually came out and he answered well we don’t do that anymore. Not in a nice way he could have been a little nicer about it but other than that everything was great at the end he was very nice and polite it just had a bad start. Told by sales person car was warranted for 6 months bumper to bumper, and could be serviced near us. after traveling 2 hours and doing all the paperwork, am told by manager that sales person was wrong bumper to bumper, and could be serviced near us. after traveling 2 hours and doing all the paperwork, am told by manager that sales person was wrong and would require us towing it 2 hours away for power train only warranted service. Missing door handle, missing charging cable. Was told they were in stock. Took over 1 month to receive a charging cable for an electric vehicle. Received a plastic door handle unpainted for a black car. Left numerous messages for manager with no response. More

Overall the experience was amazing would definitely recommend. The only complaint I had was that they knew I was coming to test drive, but the car was dirty both inside and outside. With trash and food recommend. The only complaint I had was that they knew I was coming to test drive, but the car was dirty both inside and outside. With trash and food inside the console and on the floor. I’m glad this wasn’t a deal breaker for me. Especially after I was assured it would be cleaned by the time I purchased. But after I signed the deal, the car was still a mess. They had it sent to be cleaned, I waited. But when they came back, there was still food in the dashboard. Trash and sunflowers seeds. So I had it sent back to be cleaned again. In which they finally got it. But after taking my car to be washed a few days later. I found more sunflower seeds under my seats, like they didn’t even bother to check the whole car.. so service rating id give a 10, but cleanliness gets a 0. More
