Contacted dealership to purchase the car at the price that was advertised on the web. I was told by Mike that management had approved a $1500.00 discount. I have his text message as proof. When I arrived that was advertised on the web. I was told by Mike that management had approved a $1500.00 discount. I have his text message as proof. When I arrived at the dealership to sign contracts, I was only given a $1500.00 and management refused to honor the price Mike quoted ! On top of that they tacked on $2500 worth of "options" I didn't request, nor was this disclosed to me. Also unwanted gap insurance was added. Only after 30 minutes of arguing were these items removed, but still the price quoted was not honored. On top of that, they had a trainee in the finance office that was clearly not trained. He was trying his best, but it was made difficult with management yelling at him. The whole thing was very stressful. I will not be using Diamond in the future, nor will I recommend them to anyone. More

The whole team at Diamond from sales representative Jesus Navarro, Sales manager Raul, and Finance Edwin Acevedo they were very professional and friendly.. The process of buying a vehicle was made super easy and efficient. I would like to especially thank Jesus and Armando Navarro because after the online sale was completed they personally brought my truck to my house which is located over 2 hours away. I thought this going above and beyond the normal personal touch of a sales person. This show me that these guys truly care and take a lot of pride in they work. Drove quite a ways for the vehicle, truck was not clean, had a significant dent in the roof and the windshield had cracks in it on a certified pre owned vehicle. . They did work with us on price, and fixed the issues but it would have been nice to have been dealt with before we arrived. We scheduled the appointment 2 days prior. Had to wait about 6 hours for the truck to get cleaned and detailed (remove the Burger King wrappers, vacuum it and wash it) after I was told it would be ready by the time I got there. The staff was friendly, the finance manager was excellent, but the long wait and fact that some items were missed and we had to wait a significant amount of time was less than ideal. More
