Raul is the best hands down! My husband and I were looking at trucks about a week before we closed on our house. We just wanted to look around because my husband was thinking about a new vehicle. That's when we met Raul. He was very kind and professional. We told him from the start that we were just looking and wouldn't be buying that day. He didn't care at all. He treated us like millionaires. He showed us the the models we were interested in and let my husband take a test drive. He wasn't pushy like most dealers are. After everything he gave us his business card and told us to come see him when we were ready. Fast forward 3 weeks later, we closed on our house and my husband was itching for a new ride. Since we had such a great first impression with Raul, we refused to go anywhere else and went back to Toyota Odessa to see him. From our first visit to the moment we drove off the lot with our new Tundra Platinum, he was amazing. Based on his customer service alone I made sure to take the time and write him this review. That's saying a lot considering I'm lazy and hate writing reviews lol. Come see him if you want a 5 star buying experience. More
