Yesterday Friday, I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. They are DISHONEST, RUDE and they FALSE ADVERTISE!!! So let me tell you my story. Yesterday Friday, June 12th I went to go buy a car that I had found online advertised for cheaper, when I got there they said that they will only respect the price if I qualified for all the incentives, but in the ad it says nothing about incentives nor rebates which Raul kept talking about, I reiterated that the ad said it was a dealer discount and that those three terms are completely different. He said he had been working for so many years and he knew what he was talking about, in other words called me ignorant to which I replied with, “I can call my lawyer so she can explain to you the difference between an incentive which you keep talking about and the dealer discount which is what you have in your ad.” Take note that this was after we went back and forth about those terms. He said he knew what the difference was and that in their website they had the correct information and I could not based my false advertisement statement on an advertise that was made on another website. Really?? So according to them I should take it out on the website that FALSE ADVERTISED their car with the dealer’s information and employees because they had nothing to do with it? The real and correct information is on the dealer’s website, therefore they are not false advertising; and I am the ignorant one? So I asked to talk to the manager “Juan” who literally did not care about what I was saying and when I told him I had my lawyer in the line who was glad to help explain the difference between an incentive and a dealer discount he refused, he printed out some papers with their website ad and told me to take those papers to my lawyer, which I did with a print out of the other advertisement as well. So they will definitely be hearing from her soon!! No one was willing to help, they all got mad because I kept asking why they would false advertise, they literally walked away and yelled at me, “have a nice day” After hours had passed Raul calls me and tells me, “I am Raul from the dealer and I am calling to let you know that unfortunately we can no longer sell you the car” and at this point I am confused, where they selling me the car before?? So I said, “what do you mean I don’t understand” and he says, “I am calling you to tell you that the manager says we can not sell you the car and I want you to know that at this particular moment I am destroying your paperwork.” At this point I bursted laughing and said, “don’t worry” and hang up. First of all what paperwork? I am assuming when they ran my credit? And second of all there was never an agreement since they never really agreed to sell me the car because they did not wanted to respect the price that they advertise it for. So at this point I am still confuse about this call, I really don’t know what the intention of that call was. I honestly don’t ever write reviews, but after reading all the other ones with similar stories I thought I needed to write my story as well. False advertising penalties exist and it could be criminal or civil penalties since it is fraud. I guess the judge will decide. More

The used car was listed for $33,350, we made two lower offers that were rejected and eventually agreed to the asking price. Upon sitting down to start paper work we were informed that we could not use our pre-approved loan of 2.64% and had to use dealer financing of 4.99%, on top of that we had to buy a "package" that included window tinting costing a additional $3800.00! It is hard for me to understand how Temecula Nissan, could feel good about doing business in this manner. More

Everything about my experience has been terrible. Brought car in for what was supposed to be a simple wash and detail....took 3 HOURS!!! And that was with an appointment! The person who was supposed to be helping us was on an "emergency lunch run" for more than an hour. Nobody offered to help, didn't apologize for the wait or inconvenience, nothing. Also, my license plates were sent to the wrong address, my temporary plates expired, and the answer the sales rep gave was to just tell the out-of-state cops to call us or that we're working on it. The only person who has any type of customer service skills and seemingly competence at this dealership is Amanda in Service department. She took care of our oil change and got us the appointment for the cleaning that our sales rep failed to do after promising it during the sale (along with a loaner car which he also didn't deliver on while we waited for 4 hours for an oil change and window-tinting). Unfortunately, she wasn't working that day and left it in the hands of Elijah, who had an emergency lunch run during our appointment time. Very frustrated with every part of my experience with this dealership. More
