This dealership is bad business. Please save yourself from the headache (literally). The schemes and luring to get you to the lot is bad but they add horrible customer service on top of it. They sold me a car that smells like a morgue on wheels. Masked the smell to get it off their lot. The smell is so bad that you have to ride with the windows down, otherwise you will get a headache. Delivered the car to our house at night with 3 nicks in the windshield that was visible only in the daylight and will not take fault or replace it. When asked if they would do the same to their own family....crickets. Do not spend your hard earned money at this lot that is under the leadership of Jacob Little - General Manager, Christopher Navarrete - Pre-owned vehicle sales manager. The company has so many complaints that BBB cannot keep up. More

Very happy with Cierra and Chris. However, very disappointed in the dealer and the manipulation of pricing that is advertised. I purposely picked my vehicle based on the price listed online but wh disappointed in the dealer and the manipulation of pricing that is advertised. I purposely picked my vehicle based on the price listed online but when inwent to work out the deal, i was told that certain equipment was added to the vehicle which cost over $2500. Bottom line as usual a car dealer got more out of a customer who really wants a particular car and had a price set in their budget. I honestly should have walked away because now i am paying over $100 more a month and way more out of pocket than planned. I stayed because it didn't want to travel to another dealer for a lesser vehicle. Next time I will walk away to get what i want. More
