Leasing a new vehicle I want to say that Rauly Fernandez was my Sales consultant. Him, I would give 5 stars. My process wasn't the easiest and it was extremely time consumi I want to say that Rauly Fernandez was my Sales consultant. Him, I would give 5 stars. My process wasn't the easiest and it was extremely time consuming. But, through it all, this guy was calm, patient and spoke with such unaffected courtesy, that I was very impressed. Also he knew the vehicle inside and out. If you want to buy/lease, ask for him! Dave, in finance. Maybe 1 star. More

Best Auto Buying Experoence Ever!! Rauly Fernandez was a very patient, accomodating, and knowledgable product rep. We obtaimed online price info on the Honda CR-V with the LX & EX trim Rauly Fernandez was a very patient, accomodating, and knowledgable product rep. We obtaimed online price info on the Honda CR-V with the LX & EX trim. Dealers were then contacted online to get price offers. Atlantic Honda gave us the best pre-arranged price throgh Edmunds and the price was better than the Edmunds True Value Price! We made an appointment to see the vehicles and we were introduced to Rauly. He was courteous, friendly and very knowledgable about the products. We got a great intduction to the auto, had a great test drive, and decided on the EX trim. Rauley then expertly took us through the process of buying the CR-V. What was most remarkable about the process was the Total Absence of Pressure. Rauly had to go above and beyond to get the color we wanted but he Delivered! Kudos to Rauly!!! We also had a great experience deaing with the finance people. Again, the two people we dealt with were very helpful, very knowledgable, and very accomodating in making the financial arrangements to buy the CR-V. Overall, I rate this as my Best Auto Buying Experience Ever!!! Atlantic Honda, Rauly Fernansdez, and the finance people have my highest recommendation with no reservations at all. More

From a good experience to a bad one! After being so happy about my brand new car, a week after everything changed. I got the car on May 17th, the same night the car kept showing a " low p After being so happy about my brand new car, a week after everything changed. I got the car on May 17th, the same night the car kept showing a " low pressure tired" message ( TPMS). I went to a gas station and some of the tires had more pressure and I fixed it. The next day, the car showed me the same message and I decided to contact the guy who sold me the car. He said that was normal for a car that was parked for a long time. A week after I got a flat tire. I changed the tire and went to the service station. The guy over there was very nice and he explained to me that it was a patch and they were going to fix it. An hour later, he came back saying " I don't have good news" and he showed me a huge metal piece that was on the tire and they didn't even know what it was ( I saved the piece and still have it) i told him the story about the TPMS message and he told me to go across the street to speak to the manager and the guy that sold me the car because it was just a week old. I spoke to the manager ( Clay) and then he said that they only thing he could do for me was giving me a discount. Ok fine, I have to pay for it, I'll do it. After he said that he said he was feeling really bad about it and that he wanted to do something for me and took money out of his pocket and said " I'll give you the difference" what an offensive way to fix my problem. But that's not it. When I was about to leave he said again he was feeling really bad and If i didn't want the money he could take me out to dinner!!! Ok, this guy saw me a week ago with my kids and my husband looking for a car and getting the car! What is wrong with him??? I'm not coming back to that dealer, no! I don't to go to a place when some of the people that works there don't have any respect for their customers. I was out of the country and that's why I'm just writing this review. And Tomorrow I'm going to make a few phone calls too. It's sad that the dealer is looking bad for some of its employees. Very sad! More
