I appreciated his availability, and speedy response to a phone call or a text message. You can feel that he values you and your business and welcomes any questions or concerns you may have. No matter how small or big they are. He's prompt and he follows through. He's personable and funny. That made it more of a pleasure to work with him. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Raven. She's friendly and also knowledgeable, sharing some insight on some features in the Venue. They work as a big team at this dealership.
