Getting my car serviced here is always such a pleasurable experience. I remember my mom dreading the days she had to get an oil change but I couldn’t disagree more. Everyone here is so nice and friendly and experience. I remember my mom dreading the days she had to get an oil change but I couldn’t disagree more. Everyone here is so nice and friendly and the waiting room is always so clean. I never mind getting there early, reading a book for a few hours while my car is in great hands. The girl at the cashier desk is always sooo nice and I always leave there with a smile on my face and with a happy car. More

He clarified things that were confusing to me & explained them in a manner that no other sales person has ever taken the time to. He's honest and easy to comprehend. He's knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all of the vehicles and their options. It was just comfortable to be in his company, he's non judge mental. He took the stress out of a stressful situation. I appreciated his availability, and speedy response to a phone call or a text message. You can feel that he values you and your business and welcomes any questions or concerns you may have. No matter how small or big they are. He's prompt and he follows through. He's personable and funny. That made it more of a pleasure to work with him. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Raven. She's friendly and also knowledgeable, sharing some insight on some features in the Venue. They work as a big team at this dealership. The "energy" feels good when entering and ultimately when you do business there. I'm looking forward to my first oil change ;) More
