The service center is ridiculousl. They sell you a Toyota extended warranty, and never bother to update their rates for work with the warranty company. It took 8 days to repair a broke They sell you a Toyota extended warranty, and never bother to update their rates for work with the warranty company. It took 8 days to repair a broken starter because they were arguing with the warranty company about the rates. They told us at pick up that they never updated them and were still arguing about getting paid. Poor customer service, no communication unless we called. Absolutely ridiculous! More

Raven was very sweet when we first came in to look at the car, but when we came back to make the purchase, her entire demeanor changed. it felt as if everything she was doing for us was a chore. especially car, but when we came back to make the purchase, her entire demeanor changed. it felt as if everything she was doing for us was a chore. especially when it came to showing us all the buttons etc. in the car. it took 5 hours for us to get out of the dealership with the new car. she kept sending people over to talk to us. what a nightmare. i would have walked out after 2 hours. we had a legit offer from another dealer and you refused to meet it. i wanted to leave - my husband said no. and we did come to a compromise in the price. we know you made a significant amount on the car. and claiming that our offer was fake was an insult - without saying so you basically called my husband a liar. the only reason we decided to stay and get the car there was because i work close by and we were promised that if the car needed service, i could drop it off and you would drive me to work and then pick me up. hopefully that wasn't a lie too. then when we were ready to get the car - Raven had us inspect the car in the lot in the dark. we were going over the car with our phone flashlights on - REALLY? and every time we saw something - Raven made an excuse for it. I found a scratch - and she was annoyed. why should i take a damaged car? and then if i brought it back you would have denied that it was your fault. finally she took us into the garage that was very bright so we could go over the car.. the finance person kept trying to get us to take an extended warranty. and pushed a little too much. we said no - that should have been enough. then we were told to come back the next day to get the new plates for the car as we were going home with dealer plates. we were told come in anytime and it would take about 10-15 minutes to swap out the plates and do the paperwork. it took over 2 hours. REALLY? we didn't trade in a car - they seemed disappointed and kept asking if we wanted to trade in a car. why wasn't once enough? we didn't get home delivery - we drove it off the lot. i have no idea what the dealership service center service is like. hopefully I'll get excellent service - but then again there are other Hyundai dealers on Long Island. only the future knows what will happen now. More

Raven Lawson was very helpful. She showed me everything in the car and kept me updated. I took two test drives. As far as my experience with other dealerships and salespeople, they She showed me everything in the car and kept me updated. I took two test drives. As far as my experience with other dealerships and salespeople, they don't like to do that, but she didn't mind. When I said I wanted to take another test drive, she didn't say no; she simply took me for another one. Everything went well. I look forward to dealing with her in the future as well. Highly recommend her. More
