He was very knowledgeable about cars and patient with me while he explained the differences between the cars and their features. He took the time to get to know me and tailored his recommendations to fit my lifestyle. He wasn't pushy and I didn't feel taken advantage of at any point. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me the priciest car or force me to buy extra features I didn't need. In fact, I ended up spending less than my budget. Some of my friends who are knowledgeable about cars and brag constantly about getting the best deal when they bought their cars were shocked at how little I spent on my brand new Civic.
