Ravi was very polite and tried to be helpful jn our purchase of the 4Runner. However, we had to wait for over 3 hours to finally get to see the financial manager to do the paperwork. Even Ravi finally purchase of the 4Runner. However, we had to wait for over 3 hours to finally get to see the financial manager to do the paperwork. Even Ravi finally asked if we minded that he leave before we could receive service from the financial manager. Apparently, most of the managers had gone home with many customers still waiting, Bad look for first-time customers. Also, the vehicle had a crack on the windshield and a leaky tire when delivered. Staff was great. Scheduling was easy. I needed a charger for my phone, and one of the employees let me borrow his personal one. Service was done as expected. Free co Scheduling was easy. A few areas for improvement: I got an unsolicited bid to buy my car - no thanks! And the wifi never worked, nor was there any info available on how to use it. Very inconvenient, when an oil change takes 2 hours. Lastly, my car's settings were different then when I brought it in - presumably to reset the maintenance counter, but it would be great if things were still set up as they were when I brought the car in - took me a while to reset all the display settings. More
