terrible customer service I have bought 4 cars from this dealer and WILL NOT go back. I dealt with Danny Estevez and Ray Abdi. They are both jerks. Honda on Grand is Grand! I recently purchased a Honda Civic Ex 2015 from Honda on Grand and my sales experience was very good. My sales man was Johnathon. He was very lively I recently purchased a Honda Civic Ex 2015 from Honda on Grand and my sales experience was very good. My sales man was Johnathon. He was very lively, energetic and knowledgeable about the civic. I have been shopping for cars for the past 3 or 4 years, it has been very hard to sell me, but Johnathon's charisma and attitude is what got me in a new car. He also tired to do everything he could to make my experience superb. I'd go back to purchase a vehicle here again. More
