I recently had a fantastic experience at this dealership. I made an online appointment to test drive a Toyota Tacoma and was met by Ray Bailey, who was ready for me even though I was a bit early. When they didn't have the specific Tacoma I wanted on the lot, Ray and the team were able to quickly locate one from an associated dealership. Overall, it was a really good and seamless experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and will most likely be back when it's time to trade in my current vehicle. More

Just had an excellent experience buying a Rav4 hybrid here. I worked with sales employees Maura, Michelle, and Ray during the process and Jon in finance near the end. We live 2 hours from the dealership here. I worked with sales employees Maura, Michelle, and Ray during the process and Jon in finance near the end. We live 2 hours from the dealership and they did 90% of the negotiating and financing steps over phone/email, before having us sign physical docs at the dealership at pickup. There were no creative fees or dealer add-ons above price/doc fee/taxes. Finance does politely try to sell extra maintenance / warranty / insurance, but we declined. Ray did an excellent walk-through of the vehicle and got our phones connected to the stereo before we drove off. Overall, a friendly and low-pressure experience. We will consider Rochester Toyota for our next vehicle. More
