Parking is a challenge to say the least, especially with a full size truck. It would of been nice if I would of made aware of the fact that they were running behind when I checked in, it was at least 30 min a full size truck. It would of been nice if I would of made aware of the fact that they were running behind when I checked in, it was at least 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before they took my truck back. The service waiting room at main sales location is uninviting and unconfortable. TV off, no or poorly brewed coffee and no water.
