What started out as potentially a rocky start to the negotiations ended in a great in person experience in picking up my new vehicle from out of state. The first price proposed to me was higher than expected even though they had the best deal in the midwest on what I was looking for. A few days later Ray emailed and said the price would be dropping the next day, to a level I was very comfortable with. I drove from Detroit to Chicago to pick up the car the next day and Eddy was very pleasant and knowledgeable to help with the purchase. No surprises when I got there and the whole transaction was very quick. More
