I purchased the 2023 Kia Niro EV in October 2022, my A/C

I had an appointment with my disabled brother at 2:30, asked if I can get loaner, was told no as they needed to do diagnostics first. Check in person, checked my Air and agreed it was not working. Left with NO AC, and later called to speak to Sales manager and he was in a "meeting" told Debbie my situation and she said he would call me back. He has not yet done so. 95 degrees!!!! How can a dealership leave a person in a hot car. This is sickening! Check out the Better Business reviews. Not done with them yet.
