Horrible experience. Purchased a used Mercedes with 68,000 miles on it, with a warranty. 1 month after purchase, car was in the shop every other month. After a year and a half of dealing with this, I was informed that the engine was shot and informed I would be getting a replacement. Warranty company claims the engine issue was owner neglect and denied my claim. Tried getting in touch with GM Joe Catalanatto, but he is a shyster. Will not return emails or calls and his sales reps direct you away from him when you visit the dealership. They must have their friends write reviews over 3 stars, because this place is unscrupulous. Avoid this place at all costs. More

Great car, great service I’ve been a customer for 8 years now at Generation Kia. I had two Optimas and they were great cars. Now i have the Sportage. Awesome vehicle. For serv I’ve been a customer for 8 years now at Generation Kia. I had two Optimas and they were great cars. Now i have the Sportage. Awesome vehicle. For service you walk in and Joe Catalanotto is behind his desk facing the service crew. He builds up his team with reading great reviews to fuel them to give great service. It works because they are polite and look to give you a great experience. TV’s, WiFi, coffee, cookies, water , you name it they have it while you wait for your car. Service attendant takes you to your car that was just washed and looking and running great. Another 5 stars for you Joe and your hands on approach.........YOU EARNED IT! I tried four times to get thru to a used car saleman today, today I attempted four times to talk with a used car salesman regarding a car on the website. The woman who answer the phones kept transferring my ca today I attempted four times to talk with a used car salesman regarding a car on the website. The woman who answer the phones kept transferring my call around. After explaining my frustration and asking for a manager, I was told the manager was not in on Sundays... this is total crap! They took my number and promised to call me back in a few minutes. two hours later, I called again, put on hold. obviously this dealership is run by morons. More
