Although they kept me in the loop about everything, I didn’t deal with the same person the whole transaction- different person talking about the car, to test driving it, to actual delivery. It also took them a very long time from the time the vehicle was posted on autotrader and I reached out until they actually had it ready for a test drive and to purchase. More
