Downside fraudulent add on prices that were not included in initial price like LoJack, Ford xxxx (Ford Pass) software xxxx I did not want and was forced to purchase and price sprung on me. Arrived before 5 made a decision about 5:10 along with price. Then waited to nearly 8pm to leave because everything else took forever and was 3rd in line to get through financing. Other sections that was not clear was the accessories that were added on and that no time frame or information provided if they were purchased or written when would be installed. More
