BUYERS BEWARE ! !! Bait and Switch at its finest on the advertising and selling of their used cars. This needs reported to the state Attorney General. I should have k !! I should have known better after reading a google review from a customer who tried to buy a used car online from NY thru this dealer. The dealership bashed him online that he was a fake customer. I can assure you that I am not and live nearby in the South Hills and had the exact scenario occur with me. In a nut shell all of their great prices, best price online, great deals posted on their website, auto trader , etc are correct until you get to the dealership and they already have added, clear coat , protectants , theft deterrents and LoJack, all of which 99.9% of people do not need or want. These are at a cost of $1897.00 and then gets added to the “ great online price “ and you are told they are already installed. Most people can get free GPS tracking theft deterrents from there insurance co. for free and clear coat is on all newer cars and detailing is standard for selling any new or used car, pretty much part of overhead for any car dealership and part of doing business in the car selling industry. In essence to use simple numbers an online advertised “ great price “ of $25000 is really around $27000 plus taxes, fees for a total $29500, much higher than most of their competitors who use more honest advertising and legitimate pricing. The consumer should be able to decide what they need or want in their vehicle and not get scammed for all of the unnecessary unadvertised extras !!!! See attached quote as the discount that is factored in is added back as extras , what a joke !!! Nick the young salesmen did a good job and would have liked given him the sale, that was the only positive in this experience. Also I am a business owner in the south hills for almost 40 yrs and did not a achieve this thru deceptive business practices. More
