Luis Rivera is one of the best service representatives. I purchased a new 2018 Camry last year. This was my third vehicle from Conicelli. I was told I would have a new representative. I insisted on staying with Luis and was accommodated. He is kind, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. My husband is not the most pleasant man in the world and Luis was able to charm him. Conicelli makes buying a car a pleasure I received a notice from Toyota that they had special offers if I was willing to consider a new Toyota to replace my current leased Camry. I contacted I received a notice from Toyota that they had special offers if I was willing to consider a new Toyota to replace my current leased Camry. I contacted Jon Campo (previous sales consultant) and he invited me in to look at my options. When I came in he introduced me to Reyon Echon. Jon is now in the finance office so Reyon was assigned to help me. I told him I wanted to go back to the RAV4 and he reviewed the various models and took me for a demo. With prompt and excellent service Reyon, Jon and Ray Hoisington, Manager, gave me pricing options for various RAV4 models. I called the next morning and told Reyon what model and color I wanted. Conicelli had it in stock and we made an appointment to pick it up at 4pm. We were able to drive away with a new black RAV4 by 6pm! The paperwork including credit approval, lease agreement, license, insurance transfer and vehicle feature check out couldn't have been smoother. Under the direction of Ray this team is first class! More

Total disappointment !!!! She stated it wouldn't take long when we arrived sales person was prompt but he printed out a list of cars and then stated he couldn't find anything, we didn't even take a look around the lot and the online cars I showed him he said was no longer available. What a waste of time. I asked for a manger he came over and attacked us and said he couldn't sell us a car if my dad allowed me to drive it. I'm totally puzzled what gives him the right? By this time my dad walks out and decided to go elsewhere. Ray the GM came over to try to resolve but to late my father is totally turned off . My oldest Son was also ready to purchase a car he was also turned off and the dealership just lost 2 customers!!! What a waste of time get it together!! More
