Ray was very friendly and energetic. At one point, we were prepared to leave without the car we drove 3 hours to purchase. He worked hard to close a reasonable deal with us. We felt mislead when we found out about some of the costs that we were not expecting and we were clear about it. He listened without arguing and handled our discontent with grace. Because of that, we were able to move forward with a clean slate and complete the deal. We enjoyed working with him. He’s a pretty good singer, though, so maybe he should still sing for you all at your meeting;) More
