I recently had called and made an appt for a Saturday to get an oil/filter change, and when I arrived the morning of my appointment there was a huge line going into the service dept. The man who came to greet me and take my info for the service service was very rude and unprofessional. I was not thrilled with the way things were handled.
He approached me and asked what I needed for the day, and I told him I'd made an appt for 8am. He proceeded to tell me they don't show the appointment and they can do it , but that I will have to just wait for my car. I then asked him why someone would make an appt over the phone if they don't log them, and he said he had no idea but I need to go have a seat. I continued to let him know I had to be somewhere by a certain time and may need a loaner, and he says "did you request a loaner when you booked the appt?" And i said, "No?" And he said, "well we dont have one then.."
I found the dealership to be very uninviting and honestly I don't think I would bring my car back there.
I know people who have gotten other luxury cars and the dealerships are way more professional and customer service oriented. Cadillac unfortunately is not one of those dealerships.
