I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent visit to your dealership. On March 11, 2026, I visited your location with the intention of purchasing a new Ram 2500. Prior to my visit, I was informed by Kanara Pritchard—who appeared to be the representative responsible for bringing customers into the dealership—that the vehicle was available. Based on this information, I took the time out of my schedule to travel to your dealership and meet with your sales team. Upon arriving, I met with your assistant, who informed me that the truck was not actually at the dealership but rather still in transit. As of now, I have also not received any follow-up call from your assistant to inform me whether or not the vehicle has arrived. This situation resulted in a significant waste of my time and was extremely frustrating. Customers rely on accurate information when making the effort to visit a dealership, particularly when considering a major purchase such as a vehicle. Being told that a vehicle is available when it is not physically present creates unnecessary inconvenience and reflects poorly on the dealership’s professionalism, communication, and respect for a customer’s time. Overall, the experience left a very negative impression. I would appreciate an explanation as to why the vehicle was communicated as available when it was not actually on the premises. I also hope that steps will be taken to ensure that future customers receive accurate information before visiting the dealership and that the level of professionalism within the showroom reflects the standards expected from a business selling high-value vehicles.
