would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this dealership to think twice. I purchased a brand-new 2024 RAM expecting reliability and professional service. Instead, I’ve experienced no with this dealership to think twice. I purchased a brand-new 2024 RAM expecting reliability and professional service. Instead, I’ve experienced nothing but frustration. The first warranty repair involved the rear axle and took approximately six weeks. After finally getting my truck back, it didn’t even make it 400 miles before the rear axle failed again. That alone speaks volumes about the quality of the repair. The truck has now been sitting at this dealership for another two and a half months for the same warranty issue. Meanwhile, I continue making monthly loan and insurance payments for a vehicle I cannot use. Week after week, I receive nothing but excuses and promises that it will be ready “next week.” A warranty is meaningless if a dealership cannot properly diagnose and repair a vehicle within a reasonable time. The quality of the workmanship, the lack of urgency, and the poor communication have been extremely disappointing. This has been, without question, the worst dealership service experience I have ever had. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Very unprofessional and inconvenient. 0 of 10 would not recomend. They called us on Friday to visit them on Saturday; we were interested in a Ram 3500 that they had, through the phone w 0 of 10 would not recomend. They called us on Friday to visit them on Saturday; we were interested in a Ram 3500 that they had, through the phone we agreed on the out the door price of 52,000. When we get to the dealership the truck was in service so we had to wait atleast 30 minutes, then when we were finally able to see the truck its tires were worn down below the legal limit. The dealer ship also didn't have the keys for said truck. Naturally though, they said that they would add the new tires and order a new pair of keys, and we were like "okay, that sounds good" Now lets keep in mind that the truck is listed for 46,500, so the out the door price for 52,000 is quite the reasonable offer; however, after sitting down at the desk and going over the papers they tell us that the out the door price is actually 59,000. We ask why, and the manager tells us that we're being charged for the 6 tires that need to be replaced and the two keys- that they lost. So to sum up this long story, we agree on a reasonable price and when we get there they try to scam us. If anyone is wondering the Ram we were looking at is a 2024 60,000 mile Ram 3500. More
