Ray Lugo is a sleaseball. We were talking with him to purchase a truck and the whole time he just strung us along because there was another buyer and he couldn't be honest abo We were talking with him to purchase a truck and the whole time he just strung us along because there was another buyer and he couldn't be honest about it. He wrote up a buyers order and said he would email it the same day but we never got it. We called the next day and he finally emailed it. We would ask questions about the deal and he would take 2+ hours to respond and was in a hurry to get off the phone. Then he gave us some xx that he was waiting on a quote for a shipping price. The next day he called to say it had sold. He should have just been honest from the beginning instead of stringing us along. Do not ever do business at this dealership and avoid Ray at all costs. Was interested in a 2023 ram 1500 classic with the 3. 6l and 6'4" box. Fortunately they had one on the way down from Michigan. The internet sales associate Ray and his assistant Ritchie called me to let m 6l and 6'4" box. Fortunately they had one on the way down from Michigan. I went there on a Monday 7pm crunched some numbers to get to a pymt that worked for me signed papers and out the door with my new truck by 9pm. More

Bought a used Durango over two weeks ago. At the point of delivery, I noted some items missing. When I asked for the issue to be rectified, I was ignored and ghosted. It’s been over two weeks and no one has reached out to me. I also have not received any purchase paperwork or warranty information etc. I will likely not purchase from this dealer again. They only care about making the sale and don’t give a crap about anything after that! Really disappointed and frustrated. More
