Our experience with Fowler Kia’s service department was one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had, and it ultimately cost us thousands of dollars, an incredible amount of stress, and the one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had, and it ultimately cost us thousands of dollars, an incredible amount of stress, and the loss of a car my wife absolutely loved. This all started with a recall appointment for our 2-year-old Kia K5 with only 15,000 miles. Before the appointment, I specifically called to confirm the recall parts were in stock. We drove 30 minutes to the dealership for the repair, approved only an oil change, and were then told after the fact that the recall work had NOT been completed because they still needed to order the parts. Things only got worse from there. After management promised to make things right by picking up the vehicle, completing the recall, detailing it, and returning it to us, the service department became rude, disorganized, and unprofessional. The Service Manager, Christina, was confrontational, hung up on us multiple times, and repeatedly gave conflicting information. When the car was finally returned, it came back in worse condition than when they picked it up: * Fresh scratches on the hood * Scratched B-pillars * Brand new trim pieces already scratched * Poorly cleaned interior and exterior Thankfully, I had taken detailed photos beforehand. Instead of fully taking accountability, the dealership argued over repair costs and left us dealing with the stress, lost time, additional expenses, and ultimately trading out of a car we truly loved because we no longer trusted the situation. To be fair, the SALES and FINANCE teams — especially Daniel, Tom, Joanna, and finance — were professional and genuinely tried to help salvage the situation. But the SERVICE DEPARTMENT was an absolute disaster. As long as this service department continues operating this way, I would never trust them with a vehicle I care about, nor would I recommend them to anyone. More

We have 3 Kia dealerships closer to us but heard great things about the people here so we drove 45 minutes to Fowler to lease our new car! More

Dealership was fine BUT I also dealt with Peak Kia in Littleton. Peak had LIFETIME warranty on driver train, an OVERNIGHT test drive and GAVE you beverages instead of charging you for them.
