Just another number I was not greeted upon entry, and after arriving I was hurried into Swansons office so he could get my info and get moving along on a repair I wasnt e I was not greeted upon entry, and after arriving I was hurried into Swansons office so he could get my info and get moving along on a repair I wasnt even sure I wanted yet. When I expressed this concern, he rudely informed me that I was wasting his time and if I want an estimate I need to come back on another day when the insurance company's estimator is on site and that he cant help me. Being frustrated enough as is, I made the (wrong) decision to just go ahead and let his team handle my repairs. Big mistake. Not only are the after market parts Swanson hyped up cheap garbage, they didnt even fix any of the mechanical issues that appeared after the collision so I have a bunch of lights on in the dash. Not to mention they were so cheap they put the damaged license plate light bulb from the old trunk in the new one. They replaced a headlamp unit that didnt need replacing, but failed to align it with the other lamp so my headlights point in two different directions. Just overall not happy with the job considering how much they charged us (insurance and I) for it. At least now I know to shop locally and never trust another corporate body shop again. More

My appointment for repair was quickly scheduled thereafter, and the repair itself was completed on time and even quicker than I expected! I received a phone call stating that my vehicle was ready for pickup, but it was going to be tight for me to make it there on time before they closed for the day, and the gentleman offered to stay a few minutes late and wait for my arrival! Awesome customer service!! Would use again!! More
