Over the years I went to Winterhaven Honda not one time not two times but three times And they were so rude to me I could not believe it One time I asked them I am just simply looking for a reasonable pa not two times but three times And they were so rude to me I could not believe it One time I asked them I am just simply looking for a reasonable payment when they gave me something ridiculous they said well what is your idea of reasonable? I can’t express words how insulted I was at Winterhaven Honda That’s why I chose to buy my brand new 2026 Honda SI at Lakeland Honda regal It’s not just me I am a licensed Optician through the state of Florida and one of my employees also bought a Civic touring sport from Lakeland instead of Winterhaven Yolanda Moore Rivera My brother I call him my brother we grew up together Jim Bittner, who bought 2 si from Winterhaven all of a sudden they wouldn’t work with him so he bought a Type R from Lakeland, instead of Winterhaven Honda Neela PasaD lives five minutes from Winterhaven Honda And instead of buying it there after her experience, she bought a brand new CRV high end from Lakeland regal instead of Winterhaven Honda last year Then there was the case of John Vickers bought a used Honda truck from Winterhaven Honda when he got it home the tires were below safety bar and threatened to sue them if they did not replace the tires So you see there is a pattern over and over again of illegal and just outright non-concern of the customer from Winterhaven Honda Look the names up I have names and dates of all the issues with that Dealership That is why everyone in my circle has been going to Lakeland regal Honda More

I had an emergency with the battery of my wife's Honda. Im living out of town it was a 4 hour drive and I needed to leave for Georgia early the following morning. I arrived at the dealership late around 4:30 Ray was scheduled to go home at 5:00. He got the car into service and back out by 5:30 he stayed the extra 1/2 hour. He is just a pleasure to deal with and has a wonderfull attitude and demeanor about him. Every time I have come into Reagal for service I always ask for Ray. I have been dealing with Ray for at least 5 years now and I coulnt be more pleased. More

I have been going to Regal Honda for 18 years and Rob Young has been my Service Advisor the whole time. I would not buy a car anywhere else. Consistent excellent customer service with all four of my Hond Young has been my Service Advisor the whole time. I would not buy a car anywhere else.
