My vehicle was hit on Regal’s property. I brought it in for a routine oil change/tire rotation and received it back with a decent sized scratch and cracked headlight. I asked Megan to view I brought it in for a routine oil change/tire rotation and received it back with a decent sized scratch and cracked headlight. I asked Megan to view the photos of the car that she took prior to taking my vehicle to be serviced and photos from the entire passenger side of the vehicle weren’t loaded. She claims she logged out of the system while it was “loading”That’s the side that was struck. So after dealing with her, trying to prove that I didn’t bring my car in that way, she said Levi would call us the next day after viewing surveillance footage. I waited until 4pm the next day for a call before reaching out to Regal Honda. When I spoke with Levi he stated that no one told him about this incident. I explained to him what happened and he stated he would get right on it and would call back before 11:00am the next day. He was true to his word and Regal Honda will be fixing the damages done to my vehicle by their employee. More
