It is unbelievable that I had to pay $600 to get my Honda Civic serviced. About 4 months ago I had to pay $200. Thats $800 for 2 visits for a car that is not 3 yrs old yet w about 50,000 miles. I would not recommend this as a dealership. The service package we bought included tire rotation at oil changes. 3 separate occasions me and my wife discovered they didnt rotate the tires. When my wife h package we bought included tire rotation at oil changes. 3 separate occasions me and my wife discovered they didnt rotate the tires. When my wife has brought the car in by herself, they tried to upsell her on maintenance, but when i was with her, they failed to mention anything beyond ‘have a nice day’. When we discussed possibly upgrading the car to a newer model, they informed us that we had rolled back the milage 3 times. When a manager looked into this matter, it was discovered that the tech changing the oil had falsely entered the milage on 3 different occasions creating the flag. We have informed regal honda that my wife is the point of contact for our family and gave them her number...several times. Yet this is being filled out on my number, because they keep calling me and sending me things. Due to all this, i personally will look to ANY other honda dealer in the future. They are not to be trusted, and they can’t follow simple requests. More
