Both the people and their service are excellent. I went in to get a regular car wash and Ray let me know that I hadn't brought the car in for detailing. Amazing Service as Always!!! Ray Taylor provided my family with excellent customer service. He was swift, direct and took control of our situation involving a flat tire. After e Ray Taylor provided my family with excellent customer service. He was swift, direct and took control of our situation involving a flat tire. After explaining that my elderly mother was in the car with me Ray took great care personally in making sure we got my mother back to her home and then bringing me safely to the dealership. Ray took care of finding and ordering me a new tire and provided me with transportation all in a very short time frame. Ray kept me informed up until my car was ready the very next day. Everyone I have had contact with since purchasing my 2019 Acura RDX at the Regal Automotive Group located at 2615 Lakeland Hills Blvd Lakeland, FL have been extremely professional taking care of my service needs in a timely manner. Covered under warranty The service is always good at Regal and they even detail your car after servicing your vehicle.
