Very pleasant car buying experience. We purchased a well-priced Gold Certified vehicle that is truly like brand new. And we were given a fair amount for our trade in. Mark Beadles is wonderful and tries to do damage control for the company. However, if you are a person of color BEWARE! On several occasions, I've come to have my car serviced. Someone in the service center for the company. However, if you are a person of color BEWARE! On several occasions, I've come to have my car serviced. Someone in the service center always asks if I lease my car. My car isn't leased, but if it was so what. That is something these people could easily pull up in your personal record. What's being implied is that I am unable to afford a new Toyota because I'm a person of color, so therefore my car must be leased. The audacity of the workers is astounding. I haven't reported anyone specifically, but they won't be as fortunate next time. More
