Very poor management. They store vehicle out door garage which is dirty. This dealership won’t provide plastic floor mats and wheel lock. Dealership was unprepared for our arrival after a two-hour drive. The sales manager we worked with was great, but he assigned us to a salesman who knew nothing. We had hoped to be in and out in an two-hour drive. The sales manager we worked with was great, but he assigned us to a salesman who knew nothing. We had hoped to be in and out in an hour. After all, the deal was made, all we had to do was look at the vehicles involved. It took three hours and when we left, exhausted for our two-hour ride home, delivery was incomplete. I will say that the sales manager we worked with was easy to work with, enthusiastic. We made a deal -- a good deal --and there was no issue with that. Just the execution. More
