1. Financing department gets extremely upset/irritated when you don’t purchase additional warranties. I was asked multiple times. I replied multiple times no and then they would ask why. I called three times asking they be sent to me. The front desk associate was very kind. After third call she was finally able to have someone call me back. I asked them to email me all the documents, she was extremely irritated because I wanted every “ archaic“ document I signed emailed to me. 3. I received 98 pages and still missing the car fax report I was presented. More
