Lot’s of waisted time waiting and waiting. After good start with the salesman showing me couple of model and road trial, things kept deteriorating. Salesman depends on others to make the sale After good start with the salesman showing me couple of model and road trial, things kept deteriorating. Salesman depends on others to make the sale. Need lot’s of help. Wait his manager for a price, wait to get the trade-in value, wait for approval of x,y,z. I can’t believe how frustration was generated through this car purchase experience due to surprises one after the other. Got in at 12:45 to learned at 7pm that I would have to leave with a loan vehicle. Spent the whole day in the dealer for nothing. It was our 2nd buy at this place. Totally different experience than 2 years ago. Unfortunately bad experience. Very bad. Salesman keeps saying « I’m sorry, I’m sorry» but yet still sitting and wait. My Patience was tested through the max. Love the car, hated the experience More
