This dealership is like a high school for the mentally disabled, in that everyone who works there is suffering from some form of brain impairment. Unorganized my car was kept there for a week without any communication after Two calls and no responses even after they said they would. No Uber service to and from. Two workers with all respect were friend communication after Two calls and no responses even after they said they would. No Uber service to and from. Two workers with all respect were friendly but incompetent on challenging themselves to get work done and representing the brand effectively. The quote was so expensive I did not feel confident leaving my car there to get fixed to I took my needs to another mechanic where the exceeded expectations communicated daily on the status of my car and while it was competed called me the next day to make sure it’s been running fine. KIA is falling short of customer service. Pay your workers and mechanics more so they can feel empowered to do great work and live fulfilling lives. I’ve been a kia customer since 2013 and the level of service is just unexceptional. And after recent years the quality has been proven to be lackluster given all the recalls and miss management.
