Parkside Kia you guys were absolutely amazing. I was looking online for another Kia Soul- every Kia that I saw online they wanted too much for what I was willing to pay. Then I came across the one Parkside Kia had- I showed interest in via email. Next day Rebecca called me. I got an appointment to come and look. The salesman that I got assigned was Ethan. When I got there Ethan had already pulled the vehicle to front. I told him before we took it out to test drive it. That this is the car I wanted to take home- he said okay. 30 mins and we are signing paperwork. That was definitely by far the easiest- best experience I've had buying a car. Ethan Bolling you did a phenomenal job helping me get that Kia Soul and making the numbers work for me. I couldn't thank you enough!!! More

I think most people do not look forward to the new car purchase process, myself included, but David Householder made the process very painless. When I had planned to drive over to test drive the car they purchase process, myself included, but David Householder made the process very painless. When I had planned to drive over to test drive the car they had on their website that I was interested in, David let me know that the car had sold and they hadn’t had an opportunity to update their website. He didn’t wait until I got there and try to sell me something else - very honest and upfront which I very much appreciated and it did set the tone for the rest of my experience. He did let me know when the next one would be in and he worked up a deal upon my request. He made it very clear the items that were optional and explained the benefits of the optional items, but at no time was there ever any pressure to include those optional items. Additionally, I had been looking at several dealerships within a 3.5 hour driving area and Parkside Kia was the least expensive/best value option overall. When the car came in, he made sure we test drove it before we moved on to the paperwork. The paperwork preparation always takes more time than I’d like, but this would be the same for any dealer. I didn’t feel like any part of the process was the usual “high pressure” or complicated “game” that I’ve experienced in the past. Based on this experience, I will return when I have another need and I will tell others of my experience. I appreciate David and the Parkside Kia team for making this an overall pleasant experience. More

We got into an EV6 at an excellent price and no haggling. The financing was set up easily to meet our needs.
