Our new car buying experience The evening before my husband and I went car shopping I checked online with the hope of saving a little time the following day. Maus Nissan responded The evening before my husband and I went car shopping I checked online with the hope of saving a little time the following day. Maus Nissan responded by phone and by email before our drive (which is about an hour away from our home) with a price quote so we knew the drive was worth our time. Our sales person, Jovannie, was more than kind and definitely patient. We ended up test driving three vehicles and so very happy with the car we decided to purchase. He made the entire experience enjoyable. I do not think I have ever been able to say that about purchasing a car. Never once did we feel pressured while we were deciding and we picked out the perfect vehicle. The entire Maus Nissan dealership was super friendly and we will definitely purchase another car in the future from them! More

Long drive for nothing! Called in the morning and contacted on the internet Rebecca Lafferty and told her I would be up in 3 hours to deal on a car. Twenty minutes from the dealership I get a call that the car was sold from another sales person. Two and a half hours of driving for nothing. Tried to call Rebecca, at her number and someone else would pick up and say she was busy. This was pure BS and she didn't even have the courtesy to call me herself. She told me the truck would be ready for a test drive when I got there, but instead a 5 hour round trip for nothing. I worked in the customer service for 40 years in a business much larger than a car dealership in upper management and I would fire any one of my employees that did this to one of my customers if he or she couldn't respond to the customer themselves! Thanks for my saturday drive to Tampa and back! Have your employees communicate with each other so one doesn't sell a unit from under the other employee . This is why people do not like to deal with car salesmen!!!! More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever We live in Dunedin but decided to take a short drive to the north and check out an SUV they had advertised on the internet. We had spent the last 3 da We live in Dunedin but decided to take a short drive to the north and check out an SUV they had advertised on the internet. We had spent the last 3 days at other dealerships and just about ready to stop the buying process for a couple weeks because we were frustrated until we arrived at Maus. We got to Maus and knew we did not have long because our five-year-old son was with us but very quickly we were greeted by Paula. She made a very good first impression and we could tell she was ready to assist in any way. As I said before, we had our son with us who wanted to leave as we pulled into the dealership. That was before the kindness and warmth of this dealership started. They operated as a complete team and before long our son was walking around with a set of keys (Palua's) and happy as a person could be. This allowed us to focus on getting the vehicle we wanted and drove there to see. Every employee that our son approach was extremely friendly and even went out of their way to keep him entertained. As a parent, you know how much that helps and when we went to finance Paula played with our son and again allowed us to focus on the purchase. The buying process was so fast and so well organized we even said: "that's it"? We had to pull our son out of the dealership, he did not want to leave because of the wonderful employees, all of them. I'm going to miss names and I am sorry, you all deserve and huge "thank you". I am not kidding when I tell you I will never consider buying another car anyplace else, we actually had fun and felt like we made a great decision driving from Dunedin to check them out. This dealership has obviously invested in the people they hire and it shows. Paula did not disappoint and we are highly recommending her to anyone who reads this review. More
