I pulled in, not knowing what to expect, and was really pleased with all of the extra attention that I received. On my truck, I have a rack with some surfboards, and they were very helpful in making sure t pleased with all of the extra attention that I received. On my truck, I have a rack with some surfboards, and they were very helpful in making sure that I could get in to the service tunnel. Immediately I was greeted by two friendly faces. One gentleman, after explaining my situation, quickly diagnosed my situation and another gentleman took my truck right in to be fixed. I was told that they would be done in about 45 minutes, and they were exactly right! What a pleasant experience! Everything happened exactly the way it was supposed to happen! No surprises, and no extra charges. These days, it is hard to find a service center where you don’t feel like they’re always trying to add on to your bill. These guys were awesome! I know that if I need warranty work done in the future, that I can have a piece of mind to know that it will be done honestly and expediently. Thank y’all for being so good. More

This used to be a top notch dealership with exceptional customer service. Not anymore!
