She confirmed her store had the car I was looking for, and had Lou reach out to me right away. Lou coordinated meeting me the same day, working around me & my husband’s schedules. He even came back to work to meet us from leaving a viewing. Lou was a pleasure to work with. He let me and my husband take out the Q5 for a test drive and I loved it. I knew I wanted it. Lou and the crew stayed late helping me with paperwork & made the trade in super easy. They even let me take home my Q5 even though the banks were closed and I couldn’t get a cashiers check until the next morning. Lou and everyone were so helpful and answered all my questions. The next day dropping off my title I even got a mini tutorial on how to use a lot of the features on my vehicle. Overall it was a surprisingly pleasant experience! Not to mention I absolutely love my new Q5! More
