Rebeccah reviewed the options I was interested in and searched the inventory in the St. Louis area. She presented me with a very acceptable price right away. I was trading in my 2011 Highlander and needed to receive more than their first offer. Ackerman agreed to another $500. With the $1500 rebate (and extra $500 rebate from the mail), the deal was quickly finalized. I believe I received a very fair deal and left very satisfied. More

A peach of a dealership I have been through the ringer with some dealerships, I really like to start out by doing my internet scanning and sending some emails out. Rebeccah quickly responded to my inquiry and let me know that the vehicle I wanted was actually one they preordered and was scheduled on the truck for the following month. I went into the dealership to test drive and she was amazingly nice, no issues whatsoever! Car arrived a week ahead of schedule and they had her all shined up and ready to rock when I arrived the following day. Financing and going over the car was under an hour and I was out the door happy as can be!! You have a customer for life! More

Great Buying Experience I was in the market for a truck, new or used. I emailed several dealers several questions, including price. Rebeccah Drannen from Ackerman promptly responded and answered all of my questions. I decided to take the next step and make an appointment for a test drive. Rebeccah met me and we took the car for a drive. While driving she answered all of my questions. When the drive was done, I was convinced this was the truck I wanted and I knew the price. Rebeccah had my trade-in honestly appraised and we reached a deal in less than an hour. She could have tried to sell me additional options but respected my wishes not to push hard for those extras. Like so many others, the thought of stepping into a dealership has not been pleasant experience for me but Rebeccah managed to change all of that fin one visit. When I took possession, Rebeccah was there, helping set up my bluetooth and other features that came with the truck. I would definitely go back to Ackerman in the future and would recommend to family and friends that are in the market for a car to give these folks an oppotunity. More
