Walked in with a vehicle in mind from the website only to realize it didn’t have a key feature for me (sunroof!). Liked the vehicle but it wasn’t... Perfect. It took time and I never got anything but a great attitude while I hemmed and hawed. Worked with financing to get things where I needed them and I got to leave with exactly what I wanted.
