Everyone from my salesman (Reed Raleigh), to the finance manager (Richie Difeo), even they service advisor and manager (Matt Karsznia, Chris Quick) were nothing short of phenomenal and displayed exemplary customer service and professionalism. The sales process was quick and seamless, I was given a fair price for my trade in, and the team worked diligently to get me the vehicle at a reasonable price, as well as, getting me a payment within my price range. The service department employees were professional and courteous, and they worked hard to get my vehicle back to me in the requested time frame (just in time for the weekend) after some minor maintenance. I even spoke with the body shop manager (Phil Galli) about making some appearance modifications and again I was blown away with how knowledgable, courteous, and helpful the team is at David Taylor!
