Hello Sassha, Thank you for your response to my review of your dealership. I'm sorry that I didn't have a good experience as I felt should've taken place. At this point, unfortunately there's really nothing that can be done to improve the relationship. My Ridgeline is a dream truck for me and while I absolutely love the vehicle, I simply figured the experience of purchasing a $50,000 truck should've been more pleasant and complete. Great salesmen, not so great management and vehicle delivery. Again, love the brand, just not the experience. I'm just one customer that's a detailed car person when it comes to my vehicles and spending money to obtain them. Many customers may not care or even flinch, but I felt my experience needed to be brought to the surface. Thank you again for reaching out, best wishes moving forward and GO HONDA!
