These guys were amazing, they wasn't no time getting me in and stayed in communication with me throughout the process. Quickly identified my problem, recommended solution and gave me an estimate. I have had several occasions to use Koon’s for truck and auto body repair and in my 45 years of owning a vehicle I have never experienced the level mechanical repair expertise and a sincere desire in provi auto body repair and in my 45 years of owning a vehicle I have never experienced the level mechanical repair expertise and a sincere desire in providing quality customer service. I own a Ford pickup and a Audi Q7 and would recommend Koons Ford for any auto repair or service. I am planning on purchasing a Electric F-150 in 2023 Koons Ford will be my dealer. More

Awesome experience! We were helped through our experience by Reggie. He was very patient with us and made us feel okay even though we felt we were making this difficult b We were helped through our experience by Reggie. He was very patient with us and made us feel okay even though we felt we were making this difficult because of our requirements to stay within a $300 - $350 payment limit. We got the WOW price of $4k less than the price on the vehicle. I didn't think, with my credit score, that I could get approved even for that price but the finance manager, Steve, managed it. He is great! We were able to get a practically brand new car with everything an actual new car gets and stay within our payment limits ($350/month). Very pleased. More
