After selling me a car that I couldn’t even drive off of the lot in because it wouldn’t start and then not being willing to fix it after I voiced concern I was told personally by Matthew Marshall that he up the lot in because it wouldn’t start and then not being willing to fix it after I voiced concern I was told personally by Matthew Marshall that he upgraded my coverage on my warranty to pinnacle coverage. They didn’t want to fix my car. They didn’t want me to service my car there they wanted me to go somewhere else so they upgraded my warranty so that way I could, but then whenever I went to use my warranty oh, it was voided on “accident” so I call the finance manager Conner Ellison who told me that he sent an urgent request up to the top to figure out what happened there last I heard back was January 28 and nobody’s answering me. But still pulling my credit 5 times and not disclosing the terms. What a joke man. Plus, I still have the messages from his salesman texting me of his personal cell phone how he wanted to do so much more to me whenever he saw me there with “my girls out”, LOL but he wanted to “remain professional”. What a creep like that is literally disgusting. He’s got a wife and kids on his desk. His name is Reggie Howard. I mean you think if he “actually liked” me he wouldn’t have sold me a car that wouldn’t start. Lol lol. More

There’s really nothing special or different about this place. They’re just like every other dealership. From the busted xxx cars that don’t even start when you come to a scheduled appointment you had to l place. They’re just like every other dealership. To the sleazy salesman with photos of his wife and kids on his desk texting you off his personal phone looking to fulfill his fantasies of “being with a white woman” LOL embarrassing.. and uncalled for really. License plates took too long to arrive to where I wasn’t able to transfer my old custom plates to my new car. When they did arrive not one man in that building offered or even asked if I wanted them to install the plates for me (which trust me I didn’t) but it’s the principal. Ewing Subaru wants to talk so highly of their service when in reality this is the type of practices they have going on in there. And the fact the salesman told me that the boss wasn’t trying to help me cause he thought my paystubs were fake but that he talked him into it and that was glad himself they were able to verify they were real. Umm thanks Reggie? I guess? Lol. The CIA wouldn’t have gotten that admission out of me. Probably should have kept that to yourself. More

I found the car I wanted at this dealership. When I called, Reggie answered the phone. He was so easy to work with. He told me about the minimal additional fees upfront, sent a video of the car, and was quick to get back to me with any requested information. I flew in the next morning and got the car. I really appreciated Reggie’s quick communication. He didn’t try and sell me a bunch of extras I didn’t want, and I had a wonderful time buying from him. More

The salesman lied to me. I drove 6 hours round trip and took 2 days off work (my husband and myself) to go look at this car. First off, I called them because they had a particular used car I needed. I told the sales guy I was coming from Denton to see it. As we were looking at the car, his sales manager calls him on his cell an used car I needed. I told the sales guy I was coming from Denton to see it. As we were looking at the car, his sales manager calls him on his cell and he tells me that the mgr plans to send the car to the auction if I don't buy it. This is a sales gimmick/pressure technique that was not necessary on me as I was there to buy the car. They looked at my trade and we settled on a fair price. Then, in the office, as I was signing the paperwork, they said they mis-appraised my trade and my price would go up $2500. I told them that is a deal killer and they immediately backed off on their price increase. Strike Two! As it turned out, I didn't need that car for long so I set out to sell it. It was paid for at the time of purchase. I had a problem selling the car because it had temp tags. After me spending a week to get someone on the phone to help me after they had 7 weeks to get the title work done, they tell me it had not even been started. Finally, their manager handled this and sent my tags. It was at that point that I sold the car to another dealer, knowing that the title is always a week to 10 days behind the plates. 3 weeks later, no title. The dealer I sold it to told me that they had called Ewing and that they had botched the registration and the car was not even really registered to me ever, as far as the State of Texas is concerned. What an absolute nightmare of a transaction. I know Subaru owners are loyal, but I'll bet there are much better options for you than Ewing Subaru. Stay away from this dealer if you like for transactions to go smoothly. More
