Our Salesman Reggie Howard was amazing from the first time we spoke on the phone until our last conversation with signing. He was very hands on, truthful up front & very transparent. We drove 3 hours to check out and eventually buy a used Prius at Ewing. Daniel and Reggie were extremely patient with us, first time used-car buyers from overseas, with various associated hiccups (e.g. no Prius at Ewing. On their own time they drove us to check out the vehicle at a local mechanic, and when we ended up buying the car they voluntarily replaced all tires after the mechanic found wear on two of the tires (this being the sole problem found with the vehicle), and they had the car driven the 3 hours back to us - all on their own dime. We got a great deal and are very happy buyers !! We worked with Daniel and Reggie from the sales team, and Roy from finance - all were pleasant and honest (not an easy thing to find in a used car dealership!). Highly highly recommended . More

From the time I called , to inquire about a vehicle. I was helped . Starting with Reggie . He was very helpful , professional, and I felt honest. This was the third dealership that I called. Guess what they say”could be true “third time was a charm” was correct in my case. Without even asking for more pictures. Reggie took it upon himself to send me a video of the car . Which I thought was nice seeing that I live in another state. He didn’t try to push me into a higher price range than I could afford and what I wanted to pay. He treated like I believe most people in sales should treat their customers. Not pushy !! Once I decided what vehicle I was going to purchase, he once again made it as smooth as possible for me to get into my Vehicle by setting me up with a finance manger by the name of Jarred. Which Jarred was wonderful from the beginning as well. I even learned something that was helpful in the process of everything going threw. Both Reggie and Jarred treated me well. I’m very happy that I bought my Subaru Ascent from their dealership. I will definitely be referring more people going to this dealership. Best experience with a car dealership. More
